Requested online via tenants’ online portal. Immediately sent out to the maintenance team for review and approval, and to the appropriate vendor for a speedy repair. Trackable to tenants and owners via the online portal.
LEASING
Residential and commercial spaces. Deep experience with rent controlled, rent stabilized and free market tenants and the appropriate processes associated with each. Tenant applicants are comprehensively screened. Our full service brokerage team markets, lists and vets each applicant.
ACCOUNTING
Rent collection, bill payment and complete financial accounting facilitated through our robust online software.
OWNERS PORTAL
Owners have access to all relevant property data in a single, organized location: their personal owner’s portal.
NYC FILINGS
We handle all required NYS filings and registrations including HPD Property Registration, DHCR Rent Registration (stabilized and controlled), Major Capital Improvements (MCIs), Individual Apartment Improvements (IAIs), Boiler Registrations, etc.
VIOLATIONS
Whether ECB, HPD or DOB, we take care of violations by correcting and certifying the issue with the proper city agency.
24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE
We have a 24/7 maintenance call center in place for issues that arise outside of normal business hours.
